🛒 After You Place an Order
Once your order is submitted, you will receive:

Order Confirmation Email
- Sent within a few minutes of order placement.
- Includes your Order Number and summary of items.

Shipping Confirmation Email (once dispatched)
- Includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
- Carrier details (e.g., DHL, UPS, or freight forwarder) will be included.
🧭 How to Track Your Order
Option 1: Track via Confirmation Email
- Open your Shipping Confirmation Email.
- Click the tracking link provided.
- You’ll be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page with real-time status updates.
Option 2: Track via Inkmaker Customer Portal
If you have a registered account:
- Go to www.inkmaker.com
- Click Login and enter your credentials.
- Navigate to My Orders > Order History
- Select the relevant order and click Track Shipment
You’ll see:
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipment status (e.g., In Transit, Delivered)
- Carrier information and tracking number
