📌 Change Eligibility
Before requesting a change, please check the venue’s modification policy, which is typically outlined:
- In your booking confirmation email
- On the booking details page in your TT-Line dashboard
Some venues allow changes up to a certain number of days before the event, while others may treat changes as cancellations, depending on their terms.
🔁 How to Request a Change

Log into your TT-Line account
Head to ttline.com and sign in using your corporate login. -
Go to ‘My Bookings’
Navigate to the ‘My Bookings’ section to view your active and past bookings. -
Select the Booking
Find and click on the booking you want to modify. -
Click ‘Request a Change’
If changes are permitted, you’ll see a ‘Request a Change’ button. Click it to submit your new preferred date, time, or other details. -
Submit Your Request
Provide the updated details in the form and submit your request. An TT-Line team member will review it and coordinate with the venue.
💡 What Happens Next?
- We’ll contact the venue to confirm availability for your requested changes.
- If approved, you’ll receive an updated booking confirmation.
- If changes aren’t possible, we’ll let you know your options (including cancellation or alternate venues).
