How and when to provide the information for Know Your Customer (KYC)?

Rather than wait for an issue to arise, Matchbook would like to obtain this information from you as soon as possible.  This avoids Matchbook having to impose any unwanted restrictions on your account at inconvenient times and makes it easier for us to manage your account.

The timeline for when this information is required by us will be determined by your account activity and may need to be refreshed periodically throughout the life of your account.  In some circumstances we may notify you of a deadline for submission of this information.

If we request further financial information from you, we will provide you with an email address where you can send this information.  Should you have any questions, you can send them to the email address provided or contact our customer services department who will be able to assist you, or put you in touch with one of our compliance specialists.You can upload your documents through your Matchbook account.
